Ana Diniz, PhD is an Assistant Professor and researcher at the Autonomous Section of Mathematical Methods of the Faculty of Human Kinetics of the University of Lisbon, Portugal. She is also a Full Member of the Interdisciplinary Centre for the Study of Human Performance (CIPER) of this Faculty. Her investigation includes mathematical/statistical methods and formal models mainly related to motor control and interpersonal coordination processes. She published several book chapters and peer-reviewed papers in high-quality scientific journals, supervised some doctoral students, and participated in numerous international conferences.
Ana Diniz is also a Member of the Portuguese Society of Statistics (SPE). She is a Review Editor in Movement Science and Sport Psychology of the journal Frontiers in Psychology.
